The Test your print package “Impact strength 5 specimens” includes the testing of 5 impact strenght specimens and the creation of a test report. The STL file for the printing of the impact strength specimens is available under Downloads. There you will also find a test report as a sample.
Impact strength explained
The impact resistance is a measure of how well the material can absorb shock and impact energy. kJ / m² (energy per cross-sectional area). An impact strength of 50 kJ / m² corresponds to the energy of a 1 kg heavy weight from a fall height of 20 cm, which is necessary to break a printed sample with a cross section of 40mm².
